A Dog That Meows
Here’s Okenpi, a dog in Miyagi prefecture that seems to have some identity issues:
Okenpi was raised alongside a cat, so he may have learned how to make “meow” sounds from his feline companion. His owner says she has never heard Okenpi make a normal dog-like barking sound.
