You can do it with a tilt shift lens (expensive) or in post production (time consuming).

I had been following his channel for a while now by the way. Really great stuff, glad to see others appreciating it.

Avoid it. Along with color saturation, it has become the most over-used photographic effect available today.

I’ve got an Olympus E-PL1 that lets you do this (for both stills and video).

It probably replicates the effect using inbuilt software. I doubt it’s genuinely shifting the lens elements.

Hmmm. Just looked it up. It appears you are correct. “The E-PL1 is much more limited
than an HDSLR–it’s only digitally reproducing this effect and the frame
rate isn’t full-speed–but it’s impressive nonetheless. And you can use
