I love Zauo (restaurant name)! They also have this restaurant in Osaka and Komaki (Aichi), and probably some other places. It’s really fun to catch your own dinner and I’ve never had sashimi that fresh.

I kill my own potatoes! I hunt them and then I strike them down! It’s always a bloddy mess, but oh-so fun!

I gave up hunting my own food when I gave up milling my own lumber, smelting my own metals, making my own glass, binding my own books (screws e-readers) and tapping my own rubber trees.

Sheesh.
