I think it is Super Poo Man… Pool is　プール, and I think spa is スパー.

Super Pool Man abbreviated on purpose to sound sillier.

For real silliness… Spa World refuses admission to anyone with tattoos (including seals and painted tats), says so right on their website. Fine, their business, their rules, but…

Then they hire Tamu-ken to do their commercials, and he’s shooting around the place with writing on his chest.
