Minmi in America

Japanese musician Minmi is living in New York now, and as this news video shows, she is preparing to give birth to a baby while readying herself for a possible attempt to break into the American music market:

I enjoy some of her songs so I will wait and see what comes of her breaking into the American market but I will not be holding my breath.

PS: Why US why don’t you let in some Asian signers break into the US market?

When they learn English properly, they are more than welcome to break in. Utada’s failure is through her terrible management and promotion, not herself.
