Remember the “Eyebrow Cat” I blogged about in 2009? It looks like she’s no longer a kitten, and now has a starring role in a Japanese cat food commercial:

The picture of the kitten has blue eyes, the cat in the commercial has yellow eyes. I don’t think it’s the same cat

Kittens eyes normally change colour from about 3 weeks. kittens have blue eyes at birth, but around 3 weeks they take on adult tones of greens, oranges and yellows.
The change is usually complete by 4 months.
White cats with blue eyes are often deaf.
It is very unusual for a cat to keep it’s blue eyes unless it is of pedigree breeding, and unusual ‘dilute’ colours are more likely to have blue eyes.

Many kittens have blue as an eye color when young, changing eye color is a part of aging in cats.

That cat looks like my neighbors cat that used to crap in my wife’s flower garden, SO very glad that thing got eaten by an owl! Cats suck.
