Awesome Legos for Hamsters

TV Tokyo recently assembled a group of Lego maniacs for a contest to see who could build the coolest Hamster play set. Here are the results:

The results are pretty neat, but it is doubtful that the hamsters prefer them to normal hamster wheels and cages.

These all look really cool, but they’re going to be a nightmare to clean all the hamster poop and urine out of. Habitrails have fewer little nooks and seams, and those are next to impossible to keep clean.

There’s a good reason most pet toys are built as simply as possible.

Far more cool, IMO, would be to build a device (out of legos, if you want) that used the power from the spinning hamster wheel to do other things.
