I wonder what’s with all the commercials of Japanese women with foreign men? I’ve noticed in my 2 years in Japan (Osaka mainly), there’s a considerable amount of advertisement that has a Japanese female with foreign guys. You rarely see the inverse?

Let me further expand on that point. You see only Caucasian men. So does that mean to be foreign, you have to be Caucasian?? So if you are Latino, Arabic, Black etc. it doesn’t count. Aren’t they foreign too?

my comment is based solely on the stuff I read on Japan Probe. there are so many threads
on how Japanese women want to meet foreign men… (by learning English, or drinking orange

Is prostitution legal in Japan? If so, a lot of foreign men(gigolos) can make a lot of
money in Japan. Or is this something that’s already happening?

Before anyone respon, there are already LOTS of foreign women who work in Japan as
sex workers.(legally or illegally, I do not know)

Just seems like there’s a demand for foreign men, so why not fulfill the demand?

It seems only Japanese women should be allowed to have as much fun as Japanese men.
