“Love” does not equal “rabu”.

the “B” sound is the closest the Japanese have to the english “V” sound. It like how english speakers can’t roll their tongues to the “R” sounds of some european languages.

As an English speaker, I can say that yes, I can roll my “R”s. Some English speakers can, while I’m pretty sure that very few Japanese people can say the letter “V”.
