Wow…how disrespectful…it could have been more serious.
If you hurt a senior like that, then the least you can do is go up, and see if he is ok…but she is standing there, smiling, trying to act pretty…
BOOOOOOOOOO!

Haha, I saw this on TV… she missed this time, but the first time she was almost dead on, and either way it’s really impressive.

He really hollywooded it up too. The arrow hit him flush on the safety glasses and he acts like he’s been hurt……about 5 seconds later.

I wonder if the producer pulled her aside beforehand and something to the effect of “and so for the second bit it would be really funny if you ‘miss’ he’s gonna have safety goggles on so just hit him there” or maybe that’s just american reality television.

You need to watch more Japanese TV I guess, for me it looked as the traditional staged miss, so that Bando could do some funny reactions.

let me state for the record:
(1) yes, eye protection is very important when someone is
shooting an arrow towards your face. Yeah, right….
(2) “William Tell” is correct, because I am highly suspicious
that the lady is/was a dude. She/he reminds me of East Germany
atheletes who were forced to take excessive amounts of steroids.
(3) when will foot archery become an Olympic sports? Not!
