Photos foreign tourists like to take in Japan

It’s a given they’d take pictures of all those restaurant/food displays.

But how about:

1. the subway ‘shove them all in like tuna can’ shot
2. the red light district
3. Geishas (or anyone in ‘native’ garb)
4. anything electronic related
5. temples

Tachiyomi pisses me off. Get the hell out of my way you bums.

They left out the 4-5 goth girls who always get their picture taken in Harajuku.

I was gonna say how about just plastic food in general? I always seen foreigners taking pictures of that in front of restaurants…

The Japanese never get tired of Japan and the Japanese as topics of discussion. You would think they’d finally get bored, but they are endlessly fascinated with themselves. This one of the favorite angles to attack the topic from: How do foreigners perceive Japan and the Japanese?

How incredibly patronising. I think I might make a version of Asian tourists in London taking photos of pidgeons.

3. The Statue of Liberty miniature in Odaiba

4. Mask wearing people

5. Taking a photo of the Japanese KFC Colonel statue

6. The Japanese style toilet on the floor

7. The vending machines

8. The Yakimo hot potatoes truck

9. The hot chicks at the maid cafes

10. A cool Ferris wheel at a rest stop on the expressway near Nagoya–Japan
has some real awesome rest stops!

11. Absolute Icebar place in Tokyo

12. Fuji TV’s space age building

13. A cool indoor waterfall inside Midland Square’s Galleria Mall

14. Those ugly dull grey concrete school buildings

15. Majority of people using the escalator moreso than the stairs–just funny
and that there’s only one escalator that goes only one way lol

19. Japanese sleeping in public–they sleep anywhere lol–getting shut eye
even at a baseball game lol
