I don’t drink alcohol, but I once tasted this red wine that made my throat go instantly dry. It’s like I had suddenly been without water for two days. Maybe this beer is the same.

Dry beer is pretty horrible. I like regular lager/dark beer etc.

I usually buy a couple of bottles of Asahi each week and find its best with Japanese food. Otherwise I prefer the Tiger beer from Singapore.
