Monkeys creep me out, especially when people humanize them and train them to respond to small gestures so it looks like they understand.

I can put pants on my cat or a sweater on my ferrets, but that doesn’t really make it newsworthy, and it’s sure as hell not ‘cosplay’.

Cat is somewhat newsworthy in itself.

If alien abductions were real, I hope that they would dress up their humans in silly costumes for an alien variety show… And then probe the humans to make them jump and screech.

Chimps (not monkeys) are very smart (like a human toddler, except it’s really not a fair comparison).

I find Japanese T.V. incredibly boring and repetitive. Here we have chimpanzees–again. I can’t understand how anybody watches this junk. It has been said that most American T.V. programs are at the intellectual level of a twelve-year-old child. Most Japanese T.V. programs are supposed to be at the level of an eight-year-old. I think that, as far as Japanese T.V. goes, the estimate is a bit high.

So many negative people here. It’s a chimp doing funny stuff with a comedian. It’s not “Citizen Kane” or the London Symphony Orchestra. It’s meant to be stupid and funny and I believe it accomplishes those goals. Lighten up, people.
