The only ones i like are the 2d fighting but i don’t think they were pachinko because they were in an arcade. But they look like a slot fighter. What do u call those?

Like most video game CMs in the US, this one features a lot of pretty CGI bs and no real footage of the actual game.

I’m sure it’s not so engrossing when it’s a bunch of repetitive animations and a cascade of metal balls.

Even the Government of Taiwan and South Korea officially made Pachinko illegal in 2007. Obviously gambling is prohibited by anti-gambling law in Japan too.
However, no police officer take action against operation of Pachinko parlors in Japan since the relationship between the police and the Pachinko business circle is one of the biggest and untouchable taboos in Japanese society.
Japan is the only country on Earth where millions of children daily witness the adults playing in “little Las Vegas” in front of almost every train station operating openly and noisily.

Ummmm last time I checked it had nothing to do with corrupt anybody or anything. It’s a loophole they use to make it legal. No money changes hands from the parlor itself so technically it is no more than an arcade. A “second” party buys the tokens back from you. Yes it’s technically wrong but they made the law so it’s their own faults that it is so easily bypassed.

Like another said above this is actually Pachi-slot. Pachinko is actually one of the many reasons I miss Japan. Sorry but Pachinko is a great way to waste some time and let me tell you…I came out with over $800 US in one sitting.
