My wife and I visited Kyoto several years ago during the cherry blossom season. It’s certainly an unforgettable experience to see the temple gardens and cherry blossom under a clear blue sky. We travelled on the JR line and the city’s bus service made getting around easy with the free city map we picked up at the railway station.
