		<description>This might be a timely reference to some moves in Yakusho&#039;s career. He was recently replaced by a younger actor as the host of Gaia no Yoake, a Nikkei Shimbun-sponsored business documentary series. It&#039;s sad because he was perfect for that show. 

From a quick look at the Daiwa website, Xeno houses are simply the latest line of pre-designed houses and come packed with the latest high-tech fads, like insulation and solar panels.</description>
