Attack No. 1?
Aaaaaaaah, I hate German translations of movie, TV series and book titles. In Germany, the series ran with the title “Mila Superstar”. They always change the frigging titles, often the translations don’t make any sense in relation to the original title, or even worse, often they add a second heading, especially to movie titles. Drives me insane.
Which title would your prefer?

In Latin America ‘Saint Seiya’ was known as ‘Caballeros del Zodíaco’, something like ‘Zodiac’s Knights’. I prefer the ‘Saint Seiya’ name… Even the song was changed to something very awful…

The song was merely adapted to Spanish in the case of Saint Seiya, for example, Pegasus Fantasy’s melody stayed pretty much the same but got a lyric cover.
There’s been worse; simply see Nelvana’s work with Cardcaptor Sakura, renaming it into Cardcaptors and their censoring.
In my opinion Latin America had it lucky with old anime being presented in their almost original state…

What’s the sudden fascination with old witches? Mcdonald’s has this Bewitched ad airing now.
