Zoo-themed construction site in Japan

A construction site near JR Chiba station has been given a makeover:
The decorations around the site are part of an art project called Chibanaka Zooland. A representative for the project states that he hopes the pretty crane and zoo-themed barriers around the site make the construction work seem like less of a nuisance to residents of the area.
Let’s just hope that they follow proper safety precautions, so that we don’t see any houses crushed by pretty giraffe cranes. This clip is from a recent construction mishap in another area of Chiba:
