That was such a cheap shot! Funny, but a cheap shot nonetheless.

Ironically, what Hatoyama was saying directly contradicted their overall point that the leaders were being vague and promising nothing. As far as I know, Japan was the only country to make such a bold proposal.

Usually the Daily Show goes out of its way to make sense, but I guess they weren’t up to the task when presented with an opportunity to do a Japanese rape robot joke.
