Very random video segments indeed. Slow show days in Japan?

It kind of amazes me that people are willing to go on camera and pretend like they know what they’re talking about. If I were them I’d just say I don’t know anything about it and keep walking. But I guess if you ask enough people someone will be willing to attempt a coherent answer if it means getting on TV.
