It's probably easy to predict eathquakes in Japan, with the kind of accuracy (or lack thereof) he uses. He is almost always off by a few days to a week, and predicted locations are huge, covering pretty much whole Japan. Agreed. Japan gets hit every day.

The very next day China got hit by the big one that collapsed all the schools and killed thousands. So what? Exactly. I felt strongly about it but it was 99% more likely it was a coincidence. Not hard to predict a car accident somewhere on a wide stretch of a busy freeway. Let's see him (or me) predict an earthquake in a rarely hit region. OK, here goes... Antigua... tomorrow.
