How long until Japan requires a permit for picking up a rubber band gun?

Best to outlaw rubber bands now, just to be safe.

Sure brings back memories of making rubber band guns with nothing more than an old piece of wood, a clothes peg, and two nails.

The machine gun was pretty damn cool. but the holster was a little too nerdy.

lol
i think this shows 2 things, firstly, you can make silly-but-possibly-lethal weapons from household items, and secondly, he got way too much time on his hands.

RELOADING FAIL! not really a good weapon to fend off burglar, but works nonetheless, hahahah
