spider pizza

Former Kamen Rider Hiroshi Fujioka travels to Okinawa to eat some spider pizza:

The pizza is created under the direction of Mr. Matsuba of the Insect Cuisine Eating Association (昆虫料理を食べる会). According to this Ryukyu Asahi TV website, he also makes beetle pizza.

I never thought I’d see a pizza I didn’t want to eat. Never.

We have enough food in the supermarkets without having to resort to catching spiders in the garden.

Isn’t that the whole point of civilization?

I wouldn’t mind if it didn’t have so many little legs… A big meaty spider would look more appetising in my opinion.

I had to close my eyes when he was about to take a bite of that juicy spider. I’ve seen a lot but that was too much, even for me.

that looks interesting. I have not eaten a spider before but I think a spider shouldn’t taste too much different from a grass hopper. A pizza is not the way to go tho, if you want these insect to taste good you have to stir fry them.

I see only one spider here… I dont think its spidery enough to be spide pizza. It should be “pizza with a spider on it”
