A Japanese man blocks a Yamanote Line train at Shinagawa station, screaming and throwing rocks until JR workers take him down (the video clip is from a year ago, but its still making its way through the Japanese blogosphere):

The JR workers handled that pretty well. In the U.S., they’d be plugging their tasers into the third rail and lighting that dude up like a christmas tree.
yeah its the same in Australia now(that or 9mm) at least this guy will only be charged for wasting resources in dangering self/public(rocks is more then enough reason in any situation).
Don’t get why they need 10-15 people to move him out of the station, police sure know how to waste resources.
