When someone were to propose making this chimp a honorary J citizen:

* Unions would complain about the chimp taking jobs
* Right wings would feel intellectually intimidated
* Left wingers would whine about something…
* Roppongi cops will target him because he doesn’t “look” Japanese
* The girls will take a liking to him!!
* Roppongi clubs would try to slip something into his drinks
* Since he’s a comedian, would be invited to run on the LDP ticket.
* Pink Cow would run an event Pan-kun and Obama in office x days…

What happens to these chimps when they are older and no longer so cute?

As they get older, chimps get more and more aggressive. I imagine he’ll be spending more and more time away from people in his chimp enclosure as he ages.
