Get yelled at and detained by cops if we carry a Swiss Army knife? (not illegal, but they can deem it "suspicious" if they want and search your home as a result) These laws are silly, if regulations and laws prevented murder..well, there wouldn't be any murder. It's illegal. BTW are they also going to make it illegal to rent a truck? (The Akihabara killer started his attack by ramming a crowd with his rental truck.)
