But I had lots of Pepsi Blue when I was in New York some years ago. ^^ Unfortunately they never introduced it in Germany, but I bought a few cans in France as well. Last year I read that the blue color was actually not that safe for consumption, which was probably the reason why it has never been introduced in Germany. Yikes.
