Decoration trucks in Japan

A travel show exploring stops along the Tobu Tojo Line got off at Higashi Matsuyama to visit Sekiguchi Kougei, which specializes in painting “decoration trucks” (dekotora). Here is some footage of the kind of designs Mr. Sekiguchi creates:

Wow, that’s really great. I’ve been living in Higashimatsuyama for about five months, but I’ve never seen those trucks.
Any chance I could get more information about this Tobu Tojo travel show somewhere? Maybe even watch it in full somehow?
