More heart-shaped melons in Japan

Instead of heart-shaped watermelons, heart-shaped melons:


A farm in Kumamoto Prefecture has been working at growing these melons for four years. They are not yet being sold in stores, but it would be safe to assume that they won’t be cheap.

Shows that there is no magic involved, just a simple growing frame. Therefore why do they charge such astronomical prices?
