Pretty difficult to do, actually. But a lot of fun! Just wear goggles and a mask or scarf to keep the sand out of your nose and mouth. They are very common here in the Southwest desert. Most people just close their eyes and shelter their faces from the dust. Native Americans tell legends that say dustdevils are gateways to this earth for evil spirits. I just find them annoying~ always blowing dirt and dead brush into the swimming pool.
