No money for pet crocodile

A poor crocodile abandoned in Chiba:


The Siamese crocodile was found in a bag left outside Ultimate Animal City in Chiba Prefecture. It had its mouth tied shut and there are a letter attached stating that its owner had become unemployed and could no longer afford to care for it.
