Ridiculously tiny parking space
April 26th, 2009 by James
Video of a man in Kobe who converted a storage area under some stairs into a parking space:
According to the narrator, the man first measured the parking space, and then bought a car that fit into it.

Hehehe, only in Japan does something like this make it onto TV
Or have a car? That didn’t cross your mind? I wonder does he do that everyday.
He could have got one of these as it might fit better:

ummmm, when the cam is inside, the steering wheel is in the right place of an ordinary vehicle in japan, the right side. But when they show him getting out of the parking space, it’s now on the other side. WTH?!?!
Optical illusion, at a certain angle the wheel looks like it is on the left, but it is not. As the car moves more you can see the wheel is still on the right.
I think it’s because he’s parked against the wall which makes it imposseble for him to get out of the car so he’d have to climb out from the other end. i d k
no, its just that the car is really small, and from that angle, it looks as if the door is right beside it….and doesnt japan have the wheel on the left side….? (also, if you watch while the guy is driving/trying to get the car out, he’s on the left side
I wonder if his wife can park the car equally well.
