Scale models? Sorry, but NHK will always win in this category. Not only is building models old-fashioned and time consuming, it is your tax money going to support the NHK crafts department. ps: it’s good to see a country so peaceful, that the most upstirring stuff is a drunk pop star running around in Adams costume… I would like to live there!

Does this really surprise anyone? Fuji TV is known for their “quirky” visual aids like that one segment where they had a doll of Taro Aso and they made it jump over tiny hurdles used to represent the challenges he faces.

I’m guessing since his appearances on TV shows and CMs are being pulled, which count for roughly half of Japan’s TV shows and CMs, that leaves a lot of free airtime for the networks to fill.
