The Times identified Taro Aso correctly but you can see from the snippet that they then messed up the numbering. It goes as follows: 19 Lula Ignacio de Silva 20 Jan Peter Balkenende 2 Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono 21 Taro Aso 23 José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero Aso is in the right sequence but Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono has been misnumbered as "2" instead of "21" which then throws off Aso's numbering. It's not a case, thank goodness, of "all Asians look alike" but it's still a mistake. That’s not quite fair.
