Woman dies after falling into hole at golf course

A sink hole suddenly opened up on a golf course in Hokkaido yesterday, causing a woman to fall to her death:

The hole was about 1.5 meters wide and 5 meters deep. Police are investigating the cause of the hole’s appearance to determine if there was any negligence by the golf course management.
