She’s saying “La vie n’a pas de sens” (Life has no meaning). The subtitle “人生なんて退屈ね” means “life is boring” which is close but not quite the same in my opinion.

Ah, I thought it was something like that (and now that you said it, it’s clear). But I didn’t see what the other girl’s answer had to do with life not having a sense.

I guess “life is boring” – “But no it isn’t. Here, have some apréritif” makes more sense.
