Riding a lego boat to Tokyo Bay
On a recent Arashi special, the group tried to ride a lego boat down the Arakawa river to Tokyo Bay:
Unfortunately the boat was not very sturdy, and the building blocks, which were probably not LEGO ® brand blocks, came apart rather easily. When they had a “propeller man” sit on the back of the boat to provide some propulsion, it only hastened the rate at which their craft crumbled.

That’s what you get when you cut corners!
ARASHI again!
they never fail to stop making me laugh!
What a shoddy building method.
Everyone knows you need to lay down the blocks in an interlocking fashion. Jeez.
yep, also they used big blocks
i think if they used the small, real legos it’ll be too heavy and they have to build a bigger boat. that’ll be costly. boybands have limited budgets too you know.
That looks like an awesome project!
i will do that much more properly than what they did by adding like a keel
Is that Tatsuya Fujiwara In the beginning of the clip? And yeah u can tell the blocks were not interlocked for proper support. They might work if u super glued each block together.
you mean the person in the small box thingy? the one laughing in the studio? He’s Ohno Satoshi and he does kinda look like Tatsuya Fujiwara. Another wonderful actor and one of the Arashi member. Go check out Maou.

omg they’re crazy
. gotta love their shows
That’s funny, I watched exactly this show while I was in Japan last month. ^^
I think before this boat section they showed some interesting stuff about deep-freezing several items.
