83-year-old man arrested for indecent exposure

An 83-year-old man has been arrested in Saitama Prefecture after he flashed his private parts to a group of elementary school boys:

The man has told police that he was only trying to give the boys a sex education lesson.

According to Itai News, the old man had been engaging in similar activities for about 5 years. Local kids had actually given him the nickname “Master Jiji” (jiji being a word for “old man” and master being the first half of a word that describes what the old man would do to himself after dropping his pants).

That’s rather impressive, that the children would know that the first half of that word in English is “Master”

I wouldn’t be too surprised.
The first thing I got asked by my friends in school when they found out the I spoke Japanese is almost inevitably “How do you say my name/’sex’/'(some sexual act)’/'(expletive)’ in Japanese?”
I think it’s safe to assume the same thing happens when the languages are reversed

This happens all the time in Tokyo. It’s called tachishoben

Drunk guys taking a leek where ever they want.

But this is a Japanese cultural heritage and should be respected for it’s beauty and grandeur.

Please note foreigners almost never do this. Same with touching girls on the train (chikan). Both being mystical Japanese culture.

You know, there’s a difference between indecent behaviour such as taking a leak in public and actual sexual harrassment!
