Is the strings inside the piano real, or is it computerized?
i thinks its electric, ther is a wire behind the piano, you can see it when the woman enters the room
That’s for the mike they used during recording, I think. You can see a bit later in the video that it ends in a “lump” by the back leg of the piano. It doesn’t run up the leg, and if that was a power cord it would have to be attached to the body of the piano (which it is not).
Could be that the power chord just enters the piano in the leg.
Also it sounds quite artificial to me.
Maybe someone can clarify this?
I think I saw some of those at a Tokyu Hands store a while ago.
Excellent, now I have something to accompany the tiny violin I play when someone tells me their troubles.
This isn’t a piano, it is a little electronic keyboard. To sound the pitches played in the video, an actual acoustic piano requires strings which are several feet long, not inches. Strings can be made thicker to sound lower, but they still couldn’t be made to fit into that case and work. The strings on this electronic keyboard are purely cosmetic.
