Actually, you can kill people with items made of plastic.

I wonder if this warning has any influence on how children handle those toys. Do parents forward those warnings do their kids or what?

I got hurt by my toys all the time when I was younger. Some day the world will wrap their children in bubble wrap to protect their precious snowflakes from the dangers of the world.

Until then, I think Bandai should retaliate and release the Ultra Rusty Syringe Mech.

“Something 8 year old kids might come in contact” is not the same as a toy designed specifically for 8 year old kids.

They are supposed to be especially careful with this sort of thing.

They might have put a warning on the box, but then again you can also get your fingers stuck in a bottle (I’ve seen it happen), tennis racket, door, bike, super soaker, folding desk lamp, disc player tray etc. etc. where 8 year old kids might come into contact with. Not really something special I would say.
