Its funny how people are splashing their balls with freezing water.

I’m Finnish so this doesn’t seem strange to me. Many people here roll in the snow or go ice swimming after being in the sauna.

I went ice swimming several years ago (at a spa which had small pools of water located outside), and after spending several minutes in the water and climbing out, I felt very warm (counter-intuitive, yes). That’s probably why those guys also douse themselves before going on the walk.
