If people have higher than that they get a allowance that starts off as much as an entry level developers basic salary for a month that is exempt from tax. So in some places level 3 is quite beneficial. The listening was a 50-50 split. Also, not mentioned in the article is that as of July 2009, you can take 1/2 kyuu a second time. A lot better than waiting an entire year I think. I feel very content now that i might have an actual document that not only signifies my japanese ability, but also the possibilities it offers in the future ^ ^. I was wondering how long it would take the result to be mailed tho (-.-)? I took a DELE test once (a spanish proficiency test) and that one took many moons to come. I hope the same doesnt happen with JLPT Orz Just came back home after completing 4-kyu. It wasnt really hard and i think i did ok ^ ^.
