Actually you can’t use the Japanese lyrics for this, as the Japanese version isn’t really dirty at all and the Korean-Japanese versions don’t translate into each other. The Korean lyrics, however, as they are different, can be construed as considerably dirty.

I don’t know where you were told that is one of the lines that was highlighted, but the Korean lines that I know were highlighted were:

사랑은 뭐다? 뭐다! 이미 수식어 Red ocean
What is love? What? Already red ocean

혈관을 타고 흐르는 수억 개의 나의 Crystal
Running through your veins, flowing through you are millions of my crystal

And the argument against these lyrics is that they represent “hymen” and “sperm” respectively.

(Honestly, I thought Red Ocean was a reference to their fanclub, as their official colour is red and when DBSK perform there is an ocean of red balloons in the crowd. )

Also, this may have nothing to do with Japan, but it does relate to this article.

SM Entertainment has decided to file a claims suit in order to remove the under 19 ban. They also were quoted as saying:

“Although we agreed to release a cleaned up version of Mirotic, we don’t agree that it was inappropriate. We believe the Korean Ministry’s ruling was unfair, and decided to fight it in court. They’re misinterpriting the lyrics, finding sexual and erotic meaning where there is none.”

The warning actually makes sense. To quote one of my Dril Instructors:
