In other words, the USA is more than twice the population of all those other countries put together.

For example, articles about the world’s greatest athletes will invariably be about american football players, baseball players, etc.

Jerry didn’t say, “This would sell well in America, but not any other country because they don’t have obesity problems.” From his post, we can assume that he is from the States, and therefore can only speak from his own experience.

(”wow, we’d been waiting…”) Trying on your partners bra during a bit o’ bedroom playtime seems like fun, but can totally destroy it, especially if you’re a bit broad across the shoulders!
