Godzilla Tree

November 17th, 2008 by James

Video of a tree in Chiba Prefecture that bears a striking resemblance to Godzilla:

The owner of the tree claims to have made no alterations to its natural appearance. The Godzilla shape is only visible from a certain angle, and it will disappear when the tree’s leaves fall out in autumn.

Not quite as cool as Ishikawa Prefecture’s Godzilla Rock, but still pretty neat.

What’s with Japan’s obsession with that piece of classical music? I’m fed up of hearing it accompanied by “EEEEEEEEEEEH?!”

Can’t really blame them – it’s the same prog as the orangutan one, after all.

Its from the same show… never heard that piece on any other program. One show doesn’t imply a country wide obsession.
