I’m not surprised, every japanese person I know who has tried duck tongue loves it. Its similar to tonsoku, bonchiri, etc.

Perhaps, but every job has its good and bad points, and it’s not as if she was unaware of this when she made her career choice. I’m sure that she is being well remunerated for her trouble; in fact many poor Chinese people would probably give their eye teeth to be paid for giggling and eating ducks’ tongues on camera.
