Wings of Peace
Prime Minister Taro Aso was seen sporting this blue wristband with the slogan “Wings of Peace” written on while attending a ceremony honoring service members:
The wristband is similar to the ones worn by Japanese troops dispatched to Kuwait for air transportation of the allied forces and U.N. personnel and their supplies to Iraq, JSDF said.
