Yup.

Unelected bureaucrats need to be resisted at all costs.

LOL

Uh, the UN doesn't actually take military actions against agressors, they just send Peacekeepers who have fun raping the local children.

And when they authorize attacks against potential agressors like Iraq, they suddenly withdraw the authorization when the USA and UK actually get ready to go.

I had to look, I couldn't remember that NKorea was a member of the UN.

Here's the list:

http://www.un.org/members/list.shtml

Also from that site:

"Council elections are held by secret ballot in the General Assembly, and a winning candidate requires a two-thirds majority of ballots of members present and voting."

So I guess we'll never know which dumbass's voted for IRAN.

Well, since there were only 2 abstentions, and I can't see China or North Korea abstaining when they have a chance to go against Japan, I think it may be safe to but both of them in the "Iran" camp. But since I can't find a breakdown by country (perhaps it was secret ballot?) those would only be guesses.

And of the remaining 30, many were probably more "anti-US and US Allies" votes than they were "pro-Iran" votes. So perhaps we should chalk in Venezuela and Cuba as well. And maybe Syria?

Let me rephrase - which 32 countries where represented by complete and utter morons who voted for IRAN to have a seat on the UN Council?

As to 32 being small or not small, luckily it was small enough to keep those savages out of the UN.

As to how they even wrangled 32 votes I guess oil money can buy just about anything these days.

You do realize that those 32 "morons" are countries, right? 32 out of 192 countries favored Iran. That's no small number.
