TV special calls on viewers to find Lindsay Hawker’s killer

    Last night a TBS aired a special about Japan’s most wanted criminals, and most of its attention was given to Tatsuya Ichihashi, the man who murdered English teacher Lindsay Hawker. Information about his possible whereabouts were given, including testimony from an anonymous source that claimed he had encountered a cross-dressing Ichihashi in one of Shinjuku’s gay bars.

    Also included in the special was an interview with Lindsay’s father, Bill, who came to Japan last month to spread awareness about the case. Here is a clip of Bill Hawker showing pedestrians at a train station a poster of Ichihashi and calling on them to find the man who killed his daughter:
