We had this happen in my town of London, Ontario once. We had a small spout of water coming out of the ground in the middle of a heavily used intersection. Later when they ‘thought’ they had fixed the problem, the whole fucking intersection caves in! I hope this doesn’t happen to these guys too.

I thought they had massive space-aged tunnels underneath metro areas to deal with this sort of thing? Did a main break? Did they just get 1000-year levels of rain? What the hell?
(oh, and how many cops does it take to place a traffic cone? doe it really require 6 cones and a little tape barrier? lol)
